These terms and conditions govern the provision of online consultation services about relocation to Portugal offered by Sublime Dash – Unipessoal Lda., trading as LusiHome, in compliance with applicable Portuguese legislation, namely Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.


2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Service: Online consultation specialized in relocation to Portugal
  • Client/Consumer: Individual who contracts the services
  • Platform: Online scheduling and communication system
  • Session: Consultation meeting via video conference, phone, or WhatsApp

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

3.1 Online Consultation Service

The service consists of a personalized consultation session about relocation to Portugal, including:

  • Assessment of the client’s specific situation
  • Guidance on suitable visa types
  • Relocation strategy recommendations
  • Clarification of doubts about the process

3.2 Duration and Format

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Format: Video conference (Zoom), phone, or WhatsApp
  • Languages: Portuguese, English, or Spanish

4. CONTRACTING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Contracting Process

  1. Selection of date and time through the online platform
  2. Choice of preferred communication channel
  3. Online payment through secure system
  4. Receipt of confirmation and access link via email

4.2 Price and Payment

  • Price: As indicated on the platform at the time of contracting
  • Payment: In advance, by credit card or bank transfer
  • Currency: Euro (€)
  • Invoicing: Invoice issued after payment confirmation

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 Withdrawal Period

The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of contracting, without need for justification.

5.2 Exercise of Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must:

  • Notify in writing via email info@lusihome-portugal.com
  • Use the withdrawal form available on the website
  • Communicate the decision before the 14-day deadline

5.3 Refund

  • Before service provision: Full refund within 14 working days
  • After service provision: No right to refund if service was provided in full

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

6.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Up to 24 hours before: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No right to refund
  • No-show: Considered as service provided

6.2 Rescheduling

  • Allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Limited to one rescheduling per contract
  • Subject to schedule availability

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

7.1 LusiHome’s Obligations

  • Provide the service with competence and professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality about shared information
  • Provide guidance based on current legislation
  • Ensure technical functioning of the platform

7.2 Client’s Obligations

  • Provide true and complete information
  • Attend the scheduled session punctually
  • Have adequate technical equipment for video calls
  • Make payment as agreed

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Consultative Nature

The service has an exclusively consultative and informative nature. LusiHome is not responsible for:

  • Decisions made based on provided guidance
  • Changes in Portuguese legislation after consultation
  • Specific results of the relocation process

8.2 Technical Responsibility

LusiHome is not responsible for technical failures by third parties (internet, communication platforms) that prevent the session from taking place.


9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1 Data Processing

Personal data processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Purpose

Data is used exclusively for:

  • Provision of the contracted service
  • Communication with the client
  • Compliance with legal obligations

10. COMPLAINTS

10.1 Complaints Book

LusiHome provides an online complaints book in compliance with Portuguese law.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

  • First instance: Direct contact with LusiHome
  • Mediation: Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center
  • Last resort: Competent Portuguese courts

11. AMENDMENTS

LusiHome reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, notifying clients with a minimum advance notice of 30 days.


12. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For dispute resolution, Portuguese courts are competent.
