These Terms govern the online consultation services provided by:

2. Scope of Services
LusiHome provides personalised online relocation consultancy services relating to moving to Portugal, including:
Individual case assessment
Visa pathway guidance
Relocation strategy advice
Clarification of procedural questions
The service is advisory and informational in nature only.
3. Booking Process
Booking is completed online by:
Selecting an available date and time
Choosing communication platform (Zoom, telephone, WhatsApp)
Completing payment
Receiving confirmation by email
By booking, the client accepts these Terms in full.
4. Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of booking.
Payment must be made in advance.
The consultation is confirmed only upon full payment.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Portuguese consumer law (Decree-Law 24/2014):
The client has 14 days to withdraw unless:
They expressly request service commencement before expiry of the 14-day period
The service has been fully performed within that period
If the service is delivered with prior consent, the right of withdrawal is waived.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation by client
Up to 24 hours before session: full refund
Less than 24 hours: no refund
No-show: treated as service delivered
Rescheduling
Permitted up to 24 hours prior
Subject to availability
Limited to one change per booking
7. Liability Limitation
The service:
Does not constitute formal legal advice
Does not guarantee visa approval
Does not replace legal representation
LusiHome shall not be liable for:
Decisions made by the client
Legislative changes
Actions taken by public authorities
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
