These Terms govern the online consultation services provided by:

LusiHome provides personalised online relocation consultancy services relating to moving to Portugal, including:

  • Individual case assessment

  • Visa pathway guidance

  • Relocation strategy advice

  • Clarification of procedural questions

The service is advisory and informational in nature only.

Booking is completed online by:

  1. Selecting an available date and time

  2. Choosing communication platform (Zoom, telephone, WhatsApp)

  3. Completing payment

  4. Receiving confirmation by email

By booking, the client accepts these Terms in full.

    • Prices are displayed at the time of booking.

    • Payment must be made in advance.

    • The consultation is confirmed only upon full payment.

Under Portuguese consumer law (Decree-Law 24/2014):

The client has 14 days to withdraw unless:

  • They expressly request service commencement before expiry of the 14-day period

  • The service has been fully performed within that period

If the service is delivered with prior consent, the right of withdrawal is waived.

Cancellation by client
  • Up to 24 hours before session: full refund

  • Less than 24 hours: no refund

  • No-show: treated as service delivered

Rescheduling
  • Permitted up to 24 hours prior

  • Subject to availability

  • Limited to one change per booking

The service:

  • Does not constitute formal legal advice

  • Does not guarantee visa approval

  • Does not replace legal representation

LusiHome shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by the client

  • Legislative changes

  • Actions taken by public authorities

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
